What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had an ultrasound and the results came back as follows: Uterus anteverted and enlarged measuring 16cm in total length. 10.9x7.7x10.9 for a volume of 480ml. Multiple fibroids are seen. Seen is a heterougeneous myometruim with 2 dominat uterine fibroids. 1 fibroid is 8.5 x 8.8 x6.7 right posterior transmural including submucosal extension. the other is 4.1 x3.3 x3.8 right posterior uterine body intramural and subserosal. The right ovary is not visualized. Enodmetrium is normal in appearance thickness at 5.9. Is this bad? The fibroids will continue to get bigger will they not?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Fibroids in uterus cause multiple problems like irregular menses, severe cramps in abdomen, and even infertility as the surface of utherus is not even and not good for implantation.
So yes there are chances it might even grow further or it may even not, it is not predictable.
If you are suffering from any of the above problems that i mentioned it will useful to get it removed to cause any further problems.
But it will be important to consult a gynecologist for detailed workup and also you have jot mentioned your complaints here so difficult to give proper advice.
So kindly meet a gynecologist for further workup and treatment.
Thank you. If you need any more help, kindly write back to me will be happy to help you
