Endomet hickness (6)mm , empty cavity .no sol Mild enlarged both ovaries , with sign of PCOS , average size follicles (5) mm , no DF no mass Rt.adnexa contain single simple para oVary cyst (32 x30)mm Normal cervial canal .no mass Vaginal canal is normal No adnexal free fluid

The signs of PCOS indicates hormone imbalance with Insulin Resistance. The anovulatory cycles are the major concern for all root problems. It is major cause of:
- Infertility
- Recurrent lower abdomen pain
