Hello doctor Actully I want to know about - prostatomegaly with significant PVR - Two small bladder diverticula - Bladder outlet obstructive change This is the report of ultrasonograpy of Whole absomen of my grandfather n here we are not understanding about this So plz help us out.

Hi, because of ageing the prostate gland is enlarged. it cause compression of the bladder neck even with mild abdominal straining. the PUB post visual urine indicates severity. diverticula in bladder indicates long standing issue. he may require surgery for prostate enlargement
