What Does This Ultrasonography Report Of Abdomen And Pelvis Mean?
Hi, my ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis report is as follows.... Both ovaries are enlarged in size and show multiple small follicles arranged peripherally measuring 5 to 6 mm. Right ovary: 3.2×2.6×3.0cms, vol=13.4cc Left ovary: 3.5×2.5×2.9cms, vol= 13.5cc POD: CLEAR No obvious mass noted. No evidence of retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy IMPRESSION: BILATERAL POLYCYSTIC OVARIES Rest everything is normal.... plz guide... thanks in advance

Ovaries are enlarged with follicles which are cystic in nature means you are having 'Polycystic Ovarian Disease'. Notying much to worry about. This may contribute to problems in fertility. Kindly visit Gynecologist and get it appropriately treated.
