What Does This Ultra Sound Result Indicate?

hi! can you help me answer this questions about my trans vaginal ultrasound result?

the anteverted uterus is normal in size with homogeneous echotexture. it measures 51.7x36.2x51.0 mm. No Cystic or solid myometrial mass lesion is seen. the endometrium is thin and hyperechoic measuring 1.9 mm. there is no gestational sac or embryonic echo seen. However, solid hyperechoic focus is noted within the endometrial cavity measuring 12.1x 4.4.mm. very minimal fluids is also notes within the endometrium.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

I am pleased to be able to assist.

It would have been more helpful to us, if you provided more information about you such as age, past medical history (especially gynecological) and current symptoms related to pelvis.
The solid structure is highly suggestive of a small endometrial tumor which we can not tell specifically what this is without doing a biopsy. A gynecologist will be able to do further investigation and tests in order to determine exactly what this solid hyperechoic focus located within the endometrium signify.

Hope this helps
