Hi
I.had gone through your question and understand your concern.
See , your reports says that you have a 'cyst' in your right ovary, while your left ovary and rest of the things are normal.
Now cyst can be cured by medical treatment or by surgery , depends on the nature of the cyst (it gets cured in most of the cases , so no need to worry).
And as far as pregnancy is concered, there wont be much problem in getting pregnant .
I hope this information was of help.
Let me know if you have any doubts regarding the condition.
Wish you good health.
Thank you.
