Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

As per the ultrasound report, there is nothing abnormal that prevents pregnancy. We have to look for any other causes. We have to screen for medical conditions like hypothyroidism, diabetes, sex hormone imbalance, or rare conditions like APLA. Also, husband's semen analysis to be done. Kindly consult an infertility specialist if not already done. IVF might prove successful. Meanwhile, try to have intercourse during fertile period (middle 7 days of the cycle).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
