What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Indicate?
I HAVE 2 PLACENTA S AND 2 YOLKS, MY HCG LEVELS HAVE RISEN. I had a transvaginal ultrasound on friday any sac measures 10wks but they are not seeing any fetal pole. im positive about the date of my last menstraul cycle 1/31/15. i must go back on 4/24/15 for a 2nd transvaginal ultrasound. should i be concerned of miss carrying one or both of the babies?

Trans vaginal scan (TVS) is more accurate for viewing growing fetus. Repeated TVS should be done to rule out blighted ovum from normal pregnancy. I suggest you to not to worry. Get done TVS on schedule. Sometimes fetal pole can be seen after few days.
