what does routine respiratory flora on results of my throat lab culture mean? I had a nasty case of strep and after round 3 of antibotics this lab culture was taken to ensure strep was treated so just need to make sure I don t still have something I need treatment for

Your report indicates that the disease causing streptoccci which you had earlier is no more present. Routine respiratory flora means those organisms which are normally present in the throat and other parts of the respiratory system. These are commensals and donot cause any disease.
