Dear Thanks for contacting with your health concern and after reviewing your stool chart you are suffering from Acute Amoebic Dysentery since presence of Trophozoites (vegetative form) of E. histolytica confirms the diagnosis of acute Amoebic dysentery. 1. Replacement of fluid and electrolytes by Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) and in case of severe dehydration the patient should be admitted for intravenous fluid therapy. 2. Take tablet metronidazole 400-800 mg one tablet thrice daily for 5-10 days or 3. Take: old brown rice, green gram, pomegranate,banana,cumin,curd, boiled water,rice gruel. avoid: black gram,mango,sugarcane products, sour/bitter taste, plain water. 4. In Ayurved I usuallly manage my patient(s) on the line of Pravahika and advice: tablet Amoebica, kutjarishta, bilva churan, jatifaladi vati.
