What Does This Sonography Test Result For Conception Indicate?

hi doctor, I m 26 yrs old women.. I;m undergoing from treatment from last months for conceiving. But according to my latest sonography report i have internal echoes in both ovaries. sizes are increasing and shape is also right. My question is there is any problem me to get pregnant ?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears that you have been induced for ovulation and studied for follicular development.
With limited reports with regards to sonography reports on size and shape of ovaries, it is difficult to comment on weather you would conceive or not.
If the induction is proper and follicle scan shows increasing in size and number, it would be a good sign.
But your chances of conceiving depends on time of rupture of follicle and timing of intercourse with your partner, provided the Fallopian tubes are patent and endometrium (inner lining of the uterus) is ready for implantation.
