What Does This Sonography During Early Pregnancy Indicate?
My wife is in early stage of pregnancy n she got bleeding today.. My doctor advised for sonography n reports said early pregnancy with gestational age 5 wks. 6 days. Yolk sac is seen in the gestational sac. No evidence of fetal pole at present. Right ovary is bulky ( measure (4.1 * 3.1 cms). Corpus luteal cyst measuring 2.1 * 1.4 is seen in the right ovary . is this miscarriage?

Close observation may be needed second opinion of ultrasonography would be advisable and clinical sign is more important to rule out the threaten abortion or miscarriage, hope this information helps take care.
