What Does This Sinus CT Scan Report Indicate?

hi doctor, i have sinus, and done CT PNS, kindly help me with the report analysis. In the report, FINDINGS: DNS to right side, Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy. No e/o concha bullosa. both osteomeatal units are blocked. evidence of mucosal thickening noted in both maxillary, ethmoid and right frontal sinuses. Both sphenoid sinuses are normal. fronttoethmoid recess- blocked on right side. sphenoethmoid recess-free. Impression: bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis. Right frontoethmoid sinusitis. DNS to right side. Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Help me with the suggestion of my condition.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given report is suggestive or sinusitis and if it is chronic one then tissue inside become thick (Hypertrophy) and it is very likely condition, with deviation of septum and it is very common condition over all it needs to be correlated with the clinical condition, and follow the advise given by ENT hope this information helps.
