What Does This Semen Test Result Mean?

Hi Doc,
I am 31, I carried out a semen test in spetember 2015.
Following are the results:
Volume : 2 .00
ph 7.2
Total SPERM COUNT : 80 MILLION
PERCENTAGE MOTILITY: 80

GRADE A 60
GRADE B 30
aGGLUTATION : pOSITIVE
PUS CELLS 8-10/HPF
epithelial cells few

Morphology: 90 normal
Please guide about pus cells and infertility issues

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
According to your semen analysis result you have semen volume of 2 ml & total sperm count of 80 millions which is normal. As per motility of sperms, Total motility was 80%. 60% of sperms were grade A motile & 30% were non-progressive motile. According to shape there were 90% of sperms with normal shape & rest 10% were with abnormal shape.
There was also presence of 8-10 pus cells & few epithelial cells under high power field of microscope which shows slight genital tract infection in you.
So all together your sperm analysis is normal except for presence of pus cells & epithelial cells in semen, which indicate slight genital tract infection in you. Presence of pus cells could affect the fertility also.
