General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your sperm analysis report indicates Asthenozoospermia which means poor sperm motility. Normally actively motile sperm after 60 minutes should be more than or equal to 40 percent but in your case it is 20 percent. Here are some suggestions to increase sperm motility:
1. Take D-aspartic acid supplements
2. Exercise regularly
3. Get enough vitamin C
4. Relax and minimize stress
5. Get enough vitamin D
6. Get enough zinc

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manreet Benipal, General & Family Physician
