What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

hi Doctors, I have made a semen test yesterday, but I was fasting all the day till 7 pm cause I am muslim, then I made the test at 8 pm , however, my sperm count/ml is 3,000,000 , motility is 100% , but progressive is 0% and for morphology the normal form is 50% , can u tell me what is my status roughly??
