hi my husband semen analysis report physical examination color :creamy white viscosity:thick volume:2 ml ph :alkaline MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION total count:58 pus cell :7,8 MOTILITY active motile:55% sluggish motile:15% non motile:30% is my husband capable of fathering a child??

Hello,
This examination shows that he has the right amount of motile spermatozoids so he can father a child.
He is also having lots of pus cells so he is suffering a genitourinary tract infection, possibly orchiepidydimitis and may need to take antibiotics to get cured. Doxycycline is effective in this case.
