What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi, I did a sperm analysis test and I am not sure if they are okay. The details are as follows Appearance : Creamy White, Consistency : Thin, Volume : 4ml, PH : 8, Rapid progression : 15%, Slow progression : 20%, Non-progressive Motility: 20%, Immotile : 45%, Count/ml : 40 million, Morphology Normal: 55%, Abnormal : 45%, , head defects : 15%, tail defects : 15%, neck and mid piece defect: 09%, Cytoplasmic Droplets: 03%,, Headless Pinhead : 03%, Pus Cell : 2-4, Red blood cells: 1-2

Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your semen analysis.
Normal total sperm motility should be >=40 %. You have 20+20+15=55 %
Normal sperm count:15-200 million/ml, you have 40 million.

So all the parameter of semen are with in the reference range and nothing to worry.
You can become father of child.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits,
Avoid excessive alcohol and smoking
Do regular exercise and drink plenty of water
