General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Total motility should be greater than 40%, so you have normal total motility.
So no issue regarding the motility.
Other abnormal parameters in the semen analysis are:
Pus cell is very high and liquefaction time is slight high.
It could be due to the infection in the male genital tract.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo semen culture and color doppler USG scan of the scrotum to find the infection and any defect in the male genital tract.
Infection can be treated by the antibiotic course.
Clomiphene citrate, gonadil F will helpful.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, take more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, do regular exercise daily in the morning for the 30-45 minutes.
Hope this may help you
