General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems that everything is within normal and seems to be ok.

But I have to mention that the report should also have sperm concentration.

Also, I notice sperm agglutination is present. The causes may be

1. Extremely high concentration in ejaculation
2. Changes in the sperm pH due to problems in the accessory glands (after an infection or an inflammation).
3. Increase in body temperature due to fever.
4. Presence of a high number of epithelial or squamous cells.
5. Certain types of bacteria may provoke spermatic agglutination.

If I assume that you had no fever, other points need to be considered and properly consulted.

For decreasing the agglutination, I suggest you have more zinc and Vitamin C in your diet.

Other features are considerable. I assure you that not to worry about. There are ample of treatment and managements available if infertility is seen.

You can contact an infertility specialist or you can go to an infertility clinic also. For now, your semen report looks good.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
