What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

hi im Dr.shadi 33y.i have infertiliy ptoplem
im married since 2y no baby.
my simen anaysis :
liquifaction complted after 6h. sperm account 16mil per ml .
motility :very active 0 . active10%.non prog 25% . slow10%.
morphology : normal 25%. abnirmal head 53%.abnirmal acrosom 6%
wbcs= 2-3 rbcs=0-1
normal testeron and thyroid level
there is complaining of poly uria and tingling and burn with uria some time . i have take tavenic 500 for month befor 6 months

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your semen report , you have 16 million count/ml Which is low . As per motitily, Only 10% are active mobile, 25% are non-progressive mobile & rest are dead. As per shape only 25% are of normal shape & rest are of abnormal head, tail etc. Few no of WBC & RBC are present which are insignificant.

So all together your semen report shows that you have oligospermia that is decreased sperm count & asthenospermia which is reduced sperm motility. These may be the reason of Infertility problem you are facing
