What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Hi my semen analysis report is
Total sperm count 42 million, viable sperm 40%,grade1-5%,grade2-15%,grade3-20%,grade4-60%, abnormal head-25%,abnormal mid-piece20%, abnormal tail15%,agglutination of sperms-present,rbc in semen2-3/hpf,pus cells4-6/hpfhpf
Pls advise me it is good or bad ,which medicine i have to take

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your semen report , you have 42 million count/ml which is Normal. Of which only 40% are viable. As per motitily, Only 5% are rapid progressive, 15% are slow progressive, 20 % are non progressive motile & rest are dead. There is few number of pus cells & RBC present which are insignificant.

So all together your semen report shows that you might be suffering from Asthenospermia or low sperm motility. This might be cause of infertility problem you are facing.

This problem might arise from Abnormal liquefaction of semen, stressful life style & number of nutritional problems.

Refer to your physician for consultation
