Male patient 28 years old trying to get my wife pregnant for 9 months but no results recently done a semen analysis with sperm count 34 million and volume 5ml and progressive motility 33 and grade 1 varicocele now i am on a combination of antioxidant and daflon is there any hope to improve and can we conceive naturally or should we fo straight to ICSI and IVF? Given that i had aprevious semen analysis prior to this one by 2 weeks and the count was 12 million and progressive motility 13 and i took antibiotics for two weeks and it improved giving the result in the recent semen analysis
Your semen report is showing a reduced sperm count and reduced motility of sperms. However, if these counts are improving with treatment, then continue this as advised by your doctor for sometime before going for option of IVF etc.
