General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your semen report is showing a reduced sperm count and reduced motility of sperms. However, if these counts are improving with treatment, then continue this as advised by your doctor for sometime before going for option of IVF etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
