What Does This Scan Report Signify?

I m very worries about these finding and google seems to make things worse, can anyone shine light on this my cardi is on vacation and she wont be able to read results untill she gets back. Thank you  General Findings The image quality was fair (3). Left Ventricle The left ventricular cavity size and wall thickness are normal. Left ventricular systolic function is normal. There are no segmental left ventricular wall motion abnormalities noted. The estimated ejection fraction is 73% (Normal 50-75%). The left ventricular ejection fraction was measured by the single dimension method. Right Ventricle The right ventricular size is normal. The right ventricular systolic function is normal. RV function quantitative parameters are in the table below. Left Atrium The left atrium is borderline dilated. The pulmonary venous Doppler systolic velocity is blunted. Right Atrium The right atrium is normal in size. Aortic Valve The aortic valve is tricuspid. There is no evidence of valvular aortic stenosis. The LVOT velocity is 1.1 m/s. There is evidence of trace aortic regurgitation by color and spectral Doppler. Ascending aorta above sinotubular junction was not well visualized. Mitral Valve There is no evidence of mitral valve prolapse. There is trace to mild mitral regurgitation detected by spectral and color Doppler. There is systolic anterior motion (SAM) of the chordal apparatus which is a normal variant. Tricuspid Valve There is evidence of trace tricuspid regurgitation by color and spectral Doppler. The RV systolic pressure was estimated from the peak TV regurgitant velocity (assuming an RA pressure of 10 mmHg). The estimated RV systolic pressure is 37 mmHg. Pulmonic Valve There is evidence of mild pulmonary regurgitation by color and spectral Doppler. Coronary Arteries The coronary arteries were not well visualized. Pericardium There is no evidence of pericardial effusion. There is evidence of epicardial fat. Comparison Findings No prior studies for comparison. Routine Measurements Height:163.0 cm Weight:78.0 kg Body Surface Area:1.83 m2 LV Measurements LVIDed43 mm (Range: 42 - 58) LVIDes26 mm (Range: 25 - 40) IVS9 mm PWT8 mm LV EF73 % (Range: 50 - 75) AV Measurements Ao Sinus28 mm LVOT velocity1.1 m/s Other Measurements LA A-P41 mm (Range: 15 - 40) LA M-L38 mm (Range: 29 - 49) LA S-I47 mm (Range: 29 - 53) RV sys pressure37 mmHg PV peak gradient6 mmHg Tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (Normal: =17)24 mm RV Pulsed Tissue Doppler S wave (Normal: =9.5)12.0 cm/s Interpretation Summary  Normal biventricular size and function.
