Hello

There are faint patchy opacities in right apical region of lung.It is important to rule out infective etiology.
So,you are advised for apicolordotic view of chest.Apicolordotic view is a special view of chest X-ray to visualize apical region of lungs.
This view is necessary because apical region is covered by bony ribs, clavicle etc.Normal chest X-ray (PA)can miss the findings.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.Firstly broad spectrum antibiotics should be prescribed.

Other findings like heart, pulmonary vessels, diaphragm, trachea, aorta, bony thorax are normal.

Take Care
