What Does This Retrograde Urethrogram Report Indicate?

it is report of retrograde urethrogram. please explain. evidence of narrowing in posterior urethera. anterior urethra is dilated at bulbar region. subtle contrast is noted in UB. filling defect is air bubble. no exravasation of contrast is noted. no bony leison is noted.

This is a radiologist report which says in simple words that you have a urethral stricture.
Which could be the reason for pain or recurrent urinary tract infections
