Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your MRI reports. It is saying following points.
1. There is a cushion like structure present in knee joint. This structure is getting torn now so you might be having pain and locking of knee joint.
2. There is some arthritic changes present in knee joint. It can be due to age or it can be following trauma.
3. There is some amount of fluid collection is present in the knee joint but it is not much.
I would recommend you to meet a arthroscopic surgeon and get this meniscus tear operated as early as possible. It is not a big surgery and you can start walking from next day.
Your knee fluid and arthritis can also be cleared through this.
