What Does This Result Mean?

I have intramural fibroid on the posterior right mid corpus measuring 47.3x41x31.5 mm. Endometrial thickness = 10.7 mm cervix : echoes and size normal. Adnexae : no mass or cystic lesion noted Corpus lutes seen in left ovary Ovaries : left overly measuring 22x18.7x17.8. (Vol 3.8 cc) Right ovary obscured by the fibroid Pod: no free fluid seen No probe tenderness Impression: fibroid uterus Please advice the severities? What is the solution to get rid of this?

The fibroid uterus is of considerable size (47 X 33 mm) and needs surgical excision. There is no medical cure for this surgical problem at all. Kindly discuss the same with your treating OBGYN and get best guidance accordingly.
