General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, pus cells of 6-8 does mean a problem with prostate infection most likely as prostatitis, epididymitis, infection of seminal vesicles or else. In my clinic, after clinical examination, I do recommend:
- Culture report of prostate massage fluid
- Complete hemogram with differential count
- ESR
- Random blood sugar
- Urine microscopy
- Doppler of the testes, vas deference and seminal vesicles

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
