What Does This Result From Chest X-ray Indicate?

Findings my chest X-ray last week,No focal collapse or consolidation. Iii- defined focal density in the left paracardiac region is most likely a pad of fat or a small cystic lesion.The pleural spaces are normal.The heart size is normal with minor unfolding of the aorta.

As per my clinical experience, the pad or small cystic lesion found on chest X-ray is not of grave pathology. It is the correlation with current symptoms in details which is of paramount importance to comment in clinical way.

Usually it is benign by nature and does not pause great significant concerns. Minor number of cases do require an endoscopic evaluation with biopsy of the lesion for pathology findings and further light of action. Regular follow up, periodic X-ray plates are mandatory in this regard for best possible reasons.
