What Does This Result From X-ray Indicate?

What does this xray finding means: Cardiac silhouette mediastinal structures are unremarkable. There is questionable suprahilar granulomata versus vessels on end identified on the AP view not well seen on lateral view. Reminder lungs fields are clear. No infiltrate or plueral effusio.Impression: probable vessels on end seen involving the suprahilar region bilaterally but cannot exclude small granulomata

Welcome to HCM. I am not sure why you had the Xray done in the first place, however, these are benign changes that are seen on many Xrays and normally correlate with dust/environmental exposure, many people in the construction and agricultural industry have these changes. Your heart border is normal, and the granulomatous changes they speak of could just be prominent veins in your lung tissue. If there is concern about the etiology then a CT would be warranted depending on why you had this Xray done. I hope this helps. Good luck
