What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?
my mother is 62 years old. As per USG, report , impressions are: 1) Non enhancing cystic sol in right adnexa- suggestive of right ovarian cyst. 2) simple cortical cyst in left kidney. what is the meaning of the above and advice for further treatment.

I d ont see measures of these cysts but it looks like simple benign cysts and this one in kidneys should not be treated at all,while this one on ovary should be removed if there is suspected malignant component in it or it causes pain.
