General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history you are having pelvic inflammatory disease so you are having lower abdominal pain...

For PID you might prescribed full course of antibiotics like of floxacin group or doxycycline like broad spectrum antibiotic ..

For pain paracetamol or brufen like drug given

Antibiotic has to be taken for ten to 14 days

Treatment of partner done If needed

If needed culture can be done to choose antibiotic...

If your symptoms not improving and if you have IUCD insertion than it has to be removed

Consult gynecologist for pelvic and per speculum examination

Take care
