Radiologist 's  Response
Hello.

Your right fallopian tube was removed so the follicle on the right ovary cannot help you get pregnant naturally.
The description of your left ovary seems to be due to polycystic ovarian syndrome. This condition can give problems with getting pregnant. To make a concrete diagnosis, your gynaecologist needs to check some hormone levels and do a physical examination.

I advise you to see a gynaecologist so that they can do the necessary tests to check for polycystic ovarian syndrome.

All the best.
