General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
This is a normal ultrasound. The anteverted uterus must means it is tilted forward and this can be normal. A thin endometrium is good we worry about problems when it is thick. It is typical for the ovaries of women over 40 to not be visualized especially if they are postmenopausal. The cervix is normal also. A very excellent report
