What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

My post voidal residual urine is 89 ml.Size is 4.4 .4.1 .3.8cm vol36.6ml.In the usg-pelvis report It is mentioned that mild prostatomegaly with a suspicious hypoechoic lesion in median With a question mark.Please explain what it means.Is it dangerous
