What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi Dr. Manjunath! I am 51 y/o no longer have my period and have an ultrasound done. The findings are: 2 nodular foci related to the uterus, suspect fibroids, measuring 2.7 and 3.4 cm with calcification and shadowing . What does that mean? should I see an oncologist-gyn or regular gyn? I have cancer cases in my family (2 sisters with uterine cancer masses) and I had a cone biopsy done when I was 24 due to suspicious cells. Thank you for the advise!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the finding is nothing to worry because it is not the malignant lesion, second if you do not have menses then it could be due to menopause, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
