What Does This Pelvic Ultra Sound Scan Result Indicate?
My pelvic scan reads thus, a gross bulky antevertred uterus with heterogeneous myometrial echo texture due to multiple huge-sized uterine leiomyoma measuring 101x90mm at d funeral uterine segment. Endometrial plate being thick and regular, nil cyesis, nil retained product of conception and both adnexae are free. What is yo opinion on this report?

The USG scan indicates that the bulky uterus you have is not due to incomplete abortion,cysts,. The upper segment ( Fundus ) has multiple big sized masses arising from uterine muscles- Leomyoma of 101 by 90 mm in size. The organs surrounding uterus( adnexa) are normal.The walls of uterus are thickened- suggesting possibility of heavy bleeding/anemia/ infertility.
