What Does This Nuclear Bone Scan For Femur Indicate?

Hi I have Osteopetrosis, several fractures rt and lt femurs both have pins in them and after a nuclear bone scan ordered by my GP. showed developing stress fracture Lower end rt & left femurs below pins in both and in left tibia. Have symptoms of severe cramp off and on when walking in rt quadricep 1.Should I be seeing my orthopedic surgeon.2. Would recumbent exercise bike exercising help or should I be resting.
