What Does This Liver Panel Test Report Signify For A Person With TB?
I was diagnosed TB in year 2007(Lymph node) and continue given to me TB medicine+ injection 2.5 year but TB is not cure on that time i was get to do biopsy the result is same TB or Sarcoidosis. Due to taking medicine long time I become the patient of liver my spleen is enlarge I thought that medicine was wrong I was not the patient of TB. I was get to biopsy liver but it was still show TB or Sarcoidosis. Right now I have no taking medicine only PEN D is given to me empty stomach. What do you suggest? Right now my spleen enlarge and blood test reports show as follows Liver test AST(SGOT) 43 ALT(SGPT) 34 GGTP 144 ALP 222 BILIRUBIN TOTAL 1.69 BILIRUBIN DIRECT 0.37 BILIRUBIN INDIRECT 1.32 My Ade Is 45 Year

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the tubercular infection and not responding to anti Tb drugs then it could be resistance case, if this is so then infection need to be treated as multi drug resistance case such case may needs several investigations for to decide the treatment hope this information helps.
