Hi,

Isolated higher vitamin B12 level could be seen in any blood count related disorder such as polycythemia vera, myelo-proliferative disorders etc. Isolated Creatine Kinase (CK) can be seen in muscle injuries, myopathy or muscular dystrophy. However, you have not shared your angel's clinical history so its difficult to interpret. I would suggest you to share detailed clinical history and further tests if already done then. Do not worry for your angel. Hopefully, there would not be any serious cause.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abdul Hamid Mavli, General & Family Physician
