What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

I have just received emailed test results following a LLETZ and curette which state: Chronic active cervicitis with extensive ulceration and reactive changes. Features of hpv effect. Inactive endometrium. I have of course googled everything and am a bit confused. I have an STI??

Hello welcome to the health care magic

First of all confirm HPV infection by molecular test like pcr and pap smear.

Cervical contraction, freezing etc like procedures available for HPV if confirmed

You have to consult gynecologist for pap smear examination report and to decide further management plan according to it.

Take care

Hope this will help you
