what does having these conditions following mean: 1- Non dilated LV with LVEF of 69% 2- Subaortic membrane causing severe LVOT obstruction 3- Restricted mobility of AV cusps causing AS with moderate AR 4-No residual VSD 5- Left aortic arch with normal branching pattern. No aortic dissection 6-Confluent branch pulmonary arteries (please would like a translation from medical terms to something we can understand)

Please note that there is an opening at the left side of the heart from which blood passes to major artery and it is aortic opening. In your case, it is narrowed and blood supply forward from heart is being affected this way .
Valve is made of thin cup like structures and as these are weak so blood also flows back as heart tries to pump blood forward.
