General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Based on the given report of the lab tests (high renin and low aldosterone), the result is suggestive of adrenal insufficiency (disease) which needs to be confirmed by relevant lab tests such as cortisol, ACTH, ACTH suppression test, serum electrolytes, and an abdominal ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
