Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. After going through the HSG report you have posted, the following things can be inferred: 1. Bilateral free peritoneal spill seen indicates that the fallopian tubes are patent both sides. 2. Synechiae in right upper uterine cavity indicates that there is formation of intrauterine adhesions. As part of Asherman syndrome, it results from injury to the endometrium, and is often associated with infertility. Fertility may sometimes be restored by removal of adhesions by adhesion dissection (adhesiolysis) through operative hysteroscopy.
