Hi,

The above histosalpingogram report reveal scarring of uterine cavity in fundus and to right side of uterus. The size and shape of uterine cavity is normal without any filling defects. Right sided fallopian tube is blocked (as there is minimal filling in the tube) followed by distal dilatation suggestive of inflammation of fallopian tube in that part.

These findings indicate definite inflammation in uterus and both the tube resulting in tubal block and inflammation on right side. The reading demands further investigations to detect definite cause for the pathology and specific treatment.by an expert gynecologist and sterility specialist for affected fertility. Left tube does not show spilling effect (suggestive of tubal block).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
