Thanks for posting your question on HCM!
I can appreciate your concern towards the hormone profile for infertility.

I have gone through the lab results given above, I am of the opinion that you are suffering from Hyperprolactinemia (Increased production of prolactin hormone)

Prolactin is the hormone that stimulates milk production in the breast. During pregnancy, prolactin stimulates growth of the breast but after delivery it stimulates the secretion of milk by alveolar cells in the breast.

Hyperprolactinemia (Increased prolactin level) causes infertility because prolactin inhibits GnRH secretion which is required for release of FSH and LH to cause ovulation.
Hyperprolactinemia occurs in certain conditions like tumors (prolactinomas) from anterior pituitary gland, certain Antipsychotic medications ( if these medicines are stopped, prolactin level returns to its normal level).

Hyperprolactinemia is usually treated with a dopamine agonist.
Dopamine agonists reduce prolactin secretion and often cause tumors to shrink. Dopamine agonists that are approved for the treatment of hyperprolactinemia are bromocriptine and cabergoline.

So, you need to consult an Obstetrician for the confirmation of diagnosis and treatment with proper followup to enable you to conceive.

Best regards....
