What Does This Following Lab Report Indicate?

Microscopic examination : Both nodes show similar cytological picture. Smear shows lymphocytes, epithelioid cells on the background of caseation necrosis. No tumor cells seen. Right JD node also shows groups of normal salivary epithelial cells. Impression : TUBERCULOUS LYMPHADENITIS Report is provided with Slide F 11 Sir,I was completed my six months treatment.but small gath on my body remain .so what s is my next treatment.

Ya surely it can be tuberculous infection. You have taken complete anti tb treatment.
Take healthy diet.Avoid smoking.Eat more fruits.Take nuritional diet. I dont think apart from this any additional rx needed.
