What Does This Fecalysis Report Indicate?

Good Day! I just got my daughter s fecalysis result. Pus cell 0-1, rbc 0-1. No ova or parasites seen and bacteria is many. No fever or diarrhea nor stomach pain. Would like to ask if how is the condition? Will my daughter be needing antibiotics? Thank you

Welcome at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
It's a normal report. Only bacteria in stool sample with no pus cells or sign/symptoms means two things.
1. harmless bacteria i.e normal gut flora
2. Contaminated sample.
She doesn't need any antibiotics.
Hope it helps best.
