General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic. after going through the data you have posted i can tell you that your father heart is weak.
let me explain you LVEF 25% means severe LV dysfuntion, meaning the contraction capacity of heart is decreased so heart is not able to pump out the blood it receives.
there are many reasons forthis most common is myocardial infarction.
due to this blood may get pooled up in the lungs which causes breathlessness and downstream causing swelling of both feet and distension of abdomen.
concentric LVH means heart muscle got hyperterophied, it is seen in hypertension and aortic stenosis.
LA and LV mildly diated may be because of mitral regurgitation.
you need to see cardiologist for further management.
hope this helps
